About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A OTR driver to run dry van freight on a 1099 basis. You'll cover 3000+ miles with pay up to $0.85 per mile.
Pay
- $0.70 to $0.85 per mile, depending on experience and performance
- Paid weekly by direct deposit every Friday
- Runs as a 1099 contractor position
Home time
- Typically 2 weeks out, then 2-3 days home
- Drivers based near Chicago get home weekly
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight
- Well-maintained, well-kept trucks and trailers
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with at least 12 months of driving experience
- Clean enough driving record: no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the past 5 years
- Able to communicate in English
