CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $0.75/mile on All Miles

Our company, based in Joliet, IL, is hiring nationwide CDL-A drivers for over-the-road dry van runs on a 1099 basis. Pay is $0.75 per mile on every mile, and trucks are late-model and well equipped.

Pay

• $0.75 per mile on all miles; the posting also lists a range of $0.75 - $0.80 per mile

• Running 3,000–4,000+ miles a week works out to about $2,250–$3,000+ weekly

• $50 for each extra stop and a $200 DOT safety bonus

• Detention and layover pay

• Settlements are weekly with a one-week delay, and weekly cash advances are available

• A $2,000 escrow is withheld at $200 per week

Equipment

• 2023–2026 Volvo, Freightliner and International trucks, governed at 73 MPH

• Each truck has a refrigerator, microwave, power inverter/APU, fuel card, BestPass transponder and a new mattress

• Pets and passengers are welcome through the ride-along programs

Home time

• Three weeks out, then 3–4 days home

• Four weeks out, then 4–5 days home

• You can choose to stay out longer if you prefer

Requirements

• CDL Class A with at least 2 full years of verifiable experience, with no exceptions

• At least 1 year of OTR experience

• Willing to stay on the road a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time

• Clean MVR

• Anyone currently or previously in the SAP program is not eligible
