CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $0.75/mi All-In, 2 Weeks Out

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van runs out of Charlotte, NC, pulling 53' trailers. You'll run 2 weeks out with 2 nights home between swings.

Pay

• $0.65 per mile base plus a $0.10 per mile safety/productivity bonus, for $0.75 per mile all-in

• Typical weekly gross runs $1,500-$1,750

• Expect to cover around 2,200-2,500 miles per week

• $2,500 sign-on bonus

• $2,000 bonus for referring another driver

• You're paid for extra stops, layovers and detention time, plus paid orientation

Home time

• 2 weeks on the road, then 2 nights at home

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, in 53' trailers

• Newer, well-kept trucks from Volvo, International and Peterbilt (579), equipped with automatic transmission, inverter and APU

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 12 months of driving experience

• Minimum age 23 at time of application

• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years

• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on your record

• No speeding citations of 21 mph or more over the limit in the last 3 years
