About this job
Our company needs CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van work out of Philadelphia, PA. Both solo and team drivers are welcome, running under 1099 contract status with weekly pay.
Pay
- Solo drivers earn $0.75 CPM
- Team drivers earn $0.80 to $0.90 CPM
- Paid weekly as a 1099 contractor
- Safety bonus of $200 to $500 for a clean DOT inspection, with the amount set by inspection level
- $500 bonus for referring a driver who gets hired
What you'll haul
Loads come from USPS, FedEx, UPS, brokers and spot-market postings, with both live load and live unload stops. Trailers are dry van.
Equipment
You'll run newer trucks: International 2026, Freightliner Cascadia from 2023 to 2027, or Volvo 2024 to 2025 models. Trucks come with an inverter, microwave and refrigerator.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- Clean, acceptable driving record
- Able to start within 7 days
