CDL-A OTR Driver — Up to $0.73/Mile + Bonuses

This Nashville-based carrier is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for East Coast OTR dry van routes, offering modern trucks and performance-based bonuses.

Pay

• Base pay of $0.60-$0.65 per mile depending on experience and safety record, plus up to $0.08 per mile in bonus pay, for a potential total of $0.73 per mile

• Weekly earnings typically range from $1,800 to $2,200 depending on miles driven, averaging 2,500-3,000 miles per week

• Extra monthly mileage bonuses add $0.01 to $0.07 per mile once you hit 8,000+ miles in a month

• An additional $0.01 per mile (or $0.50 per hour for hourly drivers) is paid for any month completed without a safety violation

• $250 orientation bonus after two weeks on the job

• Paid on a Tuesday-to-Monday cycle with direct deposit

What you'll haul

• 53-foot dry van trailers only, running OTR lanes across most of the country (the Northeast Coast is excluded)

• Freight volume is described as steady and consistent

Equipment

• 2024-2026 International ProStar tractors with automatic transmissions

• Trucks capped at 68 mph on the pedal and 70 mph on cruise control

• Dual-facing cameras monitor the road and cab while the truck runs

• You may take your truck and trailer home if secure parking is available

• Riders 13 and older are welcome, as are pets up to 30 lbs with a $500 deposit

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience

• Motor vehicle record with 3 points or fewer

• Must pass a clean PSP and background check along with a DOT drug screen

• SAP program drivers may be considered case by case if at Step 6 or higher with no violations in the past 2 years

• Orientation may include a hotel stay or rental car depending on where you live
