About this job
Bear Pack Logistics, LLC is an our company hauling freight for Amazon Logistics, plus FedEx linehaul work out of Columbus, OH and pickup-and-delivery out of West Chester, OH. This OTR role runs mostly no-touch Amazon freight in new, Amazon-branded tractors with sleeper cabs.
Schedule and home time
- Work 5 days per week on a consistent, year-round schedule
- Get 2 consecutive days off each week once your shift ends
Pay
- Earn between $83,000 and $88,000 per year, not counting overtime
- Hourly pay structure with steady, predictable schedules
What you'll haul
- Amazon loads, mostly no-touch freight
- Help Amazon meet delivery commitments to customers using company-branded trucks and tech

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to speak, read and write English well enough to communicate with the public, read highway signs, respond to official requests and complete reports
- No current CDL suspension or revocation
- Clean driving record and a good DAC report
- Comfortable using a smartphone and handheld tech such as GPS
