About this job
DTS is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers for OTR runs with guaranteed weekends off. Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook, and you'll run newer International LT and Kenworth T-680 trucks with Cummins engines.
Pay
- Starting at $0.62 per mile, paid on all dispatched miles whether loaded or empty
- Guaranteed pay every week, even slow ones
- Extra pay available for stops, detention, layovers and breakdowns
- $10,000 retention bonus for a limited time
- $5,000 bonus if you refer another driver
Home time
- Home every weekend, guaranteed, with at least 36 hours off

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years of OTR driving experience

Lease purchase option
DTS also offers a lease purchase program if you want to run your own truck. Choose from 2018-2020 Cummins-powered International Pro Stars or 2020 Kenworth T-680s, each with a 72-inch walk-in sleeper (single or double bunk), roughly 400,000 to 600,000 miles, and a passed federal DOT inspection. Lease costs run $50,000 to $75,000 over 3 or 4 years at 9.5% interest, with weekly payments between $368.64 and $443.74, no down payment, and no balloon payment at the end. You also get a maintenance plan at $0.13 per mile covering any repairs, a full pass-through fuel discount, and pay on all dispatched miles, loaded or empty.
DTS is also giving away a Lincoln MKZ to one driver this year.
