CDL-A OTR Driver — Dedicated West Coast, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver for dedicated West Coast OTR runs out of Byron Center, Michigan. The role offers steady dedicated freight, newer trucks, and extended home time between trips.

Pay & Bonuses

• $1,900–$2,100 gross per week, or $100,000–$110,000 gross per year

• $0.74 CPM

• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus, for a limited time

• Extra pay for stops, detention and per diem

• Quarterly safety bonus worth up to $2,000 a year

• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Routes & Freight

• Dedicated West Coast lanes, out 10–12 days then home 3–4 days

• Around 12 stops per run, most completed in under 20 minutes

• Repeat customers and familiar delivery spots

• Freight is mostly boxed or palletized

• You'll tailgate freight at some stops; others handle their own unloading

• No rigid delivery schedule, so you can manage your own time on the road

Equipment

• 2025 or newer trucks pulling 53' dry van trailers

• Trucks come with built-in Wi-Fi

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience, with similar equipment

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull
