Pay

• Mostly drop and hook at postal facilities

• No-touch or minimal-touch loads

• Assigned late-model Freightliner or Volvo trucks (2022-2025), well maintained

Home time

• OTR schedule, typically out 10-14 days between home stays

• Average 3,500 miles per week, with no West Coast or far Northeast routes

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical and background check

• Comfortable being on the road 10-14 days at a stretch

• Solid safety mindset and professional approach to the job

What the role involves

You'll operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling USPS freight, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate ELD logs within HOS rules, secure loads and deliver on schedule, stay in touch with dispatch, and follow DOT, FMCSA and company safety rules.
