CDL-A OTR Driver — $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Our company, based in Van Wert, Ohio (with a newer location in Marion, IN), is looking for a Class A CDL OTR driver to run long-haul routes nationwide. Their fleet of over 160 trucks runs about 60% dry van and 40% reefer freight, with most dry van loads being drop-and-hook and reefer freight being no-touch. Qualifying drivers can get a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,500.00 to $2,500.00

• $7,500 sign-on bonus available for qualifying drivers

What you'll haul

• Mix of dry van and refrigerated trailers, roughly 60/40

• Most dry van freight is drop-and-hook; reefer loads are no-touch

• Expect to cover 2,500-3,000 miles per week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history

• At least 23 years old

• 2 years of driving experience preferred

• Comfortable operating a manual transmission truck and trailer rated at least 26,000 lbs GVW

• Familiar with DOT and FMCSA rules, and able to handle pre-trip/post-trip inspections, logs, and delivery paperwork

• Able to use GPS tools for route planning and stay in contact with dispatch and customers on delivery updates
