CDL-A OTR Driver — $32/hr, Up to $2,888/Week Guaranteed

Our company in Aurora, CO is looking for an experienced OTR driver to run 53ft dry van, no-touch freight with a real dispatcher backing you up, not an AI system.

Pay

• Earn $32/hr for every hour on shift

• A 70-hour cycle pays $2,240, and pushing through in 5 days is possible

• Get a $200 bonus for taking your 34-hour reset OTR

• Top earning example: 6 days at 14 hours plus the $200 bonus equals $2,888

• Weekly pay tops out at $2,888

• Minimum guaranteed pay: $1,760 for 5 days/55 hours OTR (with 34-hour reset at home), $2,112 for 6 days/66 hours OTR (with 34-hour reset at home), or $2,440 for 7 days/70 hours OTR plus the $200 bonus

What you'll haul

• 53ft dry van trailers, no-touch freight

• Split roughly evenly between drop-and-hook (50%) and live loading/unloading (50%)

• You'll drive a 2023 or newer truck

• Fuel and services through Pilot/Flying J, with a Cat scale account provided

What's expected on the road

• If you still have hours available and there's a load that fits, you're expected to run it; ending your shift early needs a valid reason and dispatch's approval

• If that creates a parking challenge, there's a support line you can call for help finding a spot

• Keep dispatch updated on every arrival, departure, and delay, and check in every 30-45 minutes while loading or unloading at a shipper or receiver

• Record pre-trip videos and complete post-trip reports so the next day starts smoothly

• Hit your appointment times unless something out of your control gets in the way

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 2 years of experience

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass a clean 10-year FBI background check
