CDL-A OTR Driver — $1,500/Week Pay Guarantee

Run OTR on a dedicated CDL-A fleet hauling 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states, with newer equipment and a structured home time rotation. During your first 6 months on this account, your weekly earnings are protected as long as you meet the program requirements.

Pay

• Paid weekly, with CPM based on your experience

• Each week you earn whichever is greater: $1,500 guaranteed pay or your actual mileage earnings (first 6 months, if you meet account requirements)

• Performance bonus of up to 3 CPM

• Additional bonus opportunities tied to safety and productivity

• $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out as: $500 on your first load, $500 per month for months 1 through 5, and $1,000 at month 6

Home time

• Schedule runs 12 days out, 2 days home

• You need to be available Monday through Friday to stay qualified for the weekly pay protection

• Drivers are asked to run available recap hours when possible

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight

• About 50-60% drop-and-hook, 40-50% live unload

• Freight moves throughout all 48 states, mostly east of Interstate 35

• No forced dispatch into New York City boroughs

• Backed by a steady, nationwide freight network and support available around the clock

Equipment

• 2021 and newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth tractors, well maintained

Staying eligible for pay protection

• Keep to the 12-day out / 2-day home schedule

• Be available during your scheduled work week

• No service failures caused by the driver, no preventable accidents, and no refused loads

• Willingness to run all 48 states

• If you're unavailable during your scheduled week, your pay may switch back to standard mileage pay

Trainer opportunities

Drivers can boost their income by training new drivers:

• An extra $250 guaranteed weekly trainer pay

• An extra $0.05 CPM on qualifying miles

• Up to a $400 Safe Student Bonus per student upgrade

• Potential to add $20,000 or more to your yearly earnings

To qualify as a trainer, you need at least 1 year of OTR experience, 30 days with the company, and a clean safety record.
