CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year, Solo

Our company, in Des Moines, IA, is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for solo over-the-road runs. This is a W2 position, with listed earnings of $80,000 - $96,000 per year.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 CPM; the ELITE Bonus Performance Program can add up to 6 more CPM, for a top potential rate of $0.73 CPM

• Extra pay for layover, extra stops, breakdowns, on-time delivery bonuses and similar items, typically adding 5-7 CPM more

• Up to an extra $7,400 a year through the Elite Driver Program, on top of your other pay

• Every mile is paid, address-to-address

• Guaranteed raise of 1 CPM each year based on how long you stay

• Weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Paid weekly

• Per Diem Program available

Home time

Requirements

• A valid Class A license

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience

• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
