CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/year

Our company in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to run over-the-road as W2 employees. Solo drivers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $96,000 per year, and every mile is paid address-to-address.

Pay

• Base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 CPM on a W2. The ELITE Bonus Performance Program adds up to 6 CPM on top of the $0.67 base, which is how the pay reaches $0.73 CPM.

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus and similar) typically adds another 5-7 CPM.

• The Elite Driver Program can bring up to an extra $7,400 per year on top of all other pay.

• Your rate goes up by a guaranteed 1 CPM each year based on tenure.

• A weekly minimum pay guarantee is included, and you get paid weekly.

Home time

• Home time is on time, according to the company.

Requirements

• A valid Class A license.

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience.
