CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs. Solo drivers typically bring home $80,000 to $96,000 per year, with all miles paid door to door.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 per mile

• Extra pay for layovers, additional stops, breakdowns and on-time delivery, adding roughly 5-7 cents per mile

• Elite Driver Program can add up to $7,400 more per year on top of other pay

• Guaranteed annual raise of 1 cent per mile based on tenure

• Paid weekly, with a weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Per diem program offered

Home time

You get home on schedule, with on-time home time built into the role.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience

• Applicants with a criminal record are welcome to apply
