CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs, with solo drivers typically earning $80,000 - $96,000/year. Pay is mile-based with extra bonus programs on top.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 - $0.73 CPM

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus, etc.) typically adds another 5-7 CPM

• Elite Driver Program can add up to an extra $7,400/year on top of all other pay

• All miles paid, address-to-address

• Guaranteed 1 CPM raise each year based on tenure

• Weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Paid weekly, with a Per Diem Program available

Home time

You're home on time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience
