CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs out of Bloomington, IL. Solo drivers typically earn $80,000 - $96,000/year, with all miles paid door to door.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 - $0.72 CPM

• Accessorial pay for layovers, extra stops, breakdowns and on-time delivery adds another 5-7 CPM

• Elite Driver Program can add up to an extra $7,400/year on top of other pay (ask about details)

• Guaranteed annual raise of 1 CPM based on tenure

• Weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Paid weekly, with a per diem option available

Home time

You're home on time, on a regular schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience

• Applicants with a criminal record are welcome to apply
