CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $2,500–$3,500/Week, Flexible Home Time

US Roadway Inc is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run OTR freight across all 48 states. You'll get paid for every mile, drive newer trucks, and have a mix of dedicated lanes and market-board loads.

Pay

• Typical weekly earnings range from $2,500 to $3,500, depending on your experience, driving record and performance

• You're paid on all miles driven

Home time

• If you're based in or near Chicago, you'll be home weekly

• If you live farther from Illinois, expect about 3 weeks on the road followed by 5 days off

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers (2025-2026 models)

• A combination of drop and hook, live loads, and dedicated lane freight

• Trucks include Freightliner, Western Star and Volvo (2021-2026), governed at 72 mph

• Cabs come equipped with a mattress, APU, inverter, fridge, microwave and tablet

• You'll run all 48 states, stopping when conditions aren't safe to drive

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience

• A clean, verifiable driving record

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No DUI, reckless driving, seatbelt violations or cellphone use violations on your record in the past 3 years

• Not currently enrolled in a SAP program
