CDL-A Night Delivery Driver — $91,000 Average Annual Pay

Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to run night delivery routes out of Wytheville, VA, hauling food and food-related products to local customers. You will handle local, OTR, shuttle, and drive-and-drop routes, with dispatch starting between 9pm and 2am depending on the route.

Pay

• Average annual pay of $91,000

• Pay is calculated by cases, miles, stops and a dispatch fee

Schedule

• Night dispatch, starting between 9pm and 2am depending on your route

• Includes single-day layover routes

What you'll haul

• Food and food-related products delivered to customers such as restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools and quick-service spots

• You'll inspect, load-check, deliver, and unload freight, and may need to hand-move product weighing roughly 10-35 pounds, with some items up to about 60-90 pounds depending on location

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Clean MVR for the past 3 years

• Current DOT Health Card, or ability to get one

• Must pass a post-offer drug screen, background check, and road test

• Must meet any applicable state licensing or certification rules
