CDL-A New Driver Training Program — $1,600–$1,800/wk After Training

Our company runs a paid mentor program in the Chicago, Illinois area for drivers fresh out of CDL school. You'll train with an experienced driver before moving into your own truck as a solo operator.

Pay

• The training period is paid.

• Once you finish training and go solo, you can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.

• You're paid by weekly direct deposit.

Training

• Training runs four to six weeks, riding alongside an experienced mentor.

• You'll cover safe driving habits, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, talking with dispatch, and the general day-to-day of life as an over-the-road driver.

• Once you're through the program, you'll move to your own truck and start running solo routes in and out of Chicago and other areas.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must have graduated from an accredited CDL school

• Clean driving record

• Able to meet DOT qualification standards

• Willing to learn, work hard, and stay safety-minded

• No prior professional driving experience needed
