CDL-A Mentor Training Program — $1,600–$1,800/Week After Training

Our company is launching new CDL Class A license holders into trucking careers through a paid mentor program based in the Alexandria, Virginia area. You'll ride with an experienced driver for 4–6 weeks before moving into solo driving.

Pay

• Paid for the entire 4–6 week mentor period.

• Once you're solo, expect $1,600–$1,800 per week.

• Paid weekly by direct deposit.

Training

• Spend 4–6 weeks paired with a mentor, learning daily routines and how a professional driver operates.

• Help with pickups and deliveries while picking up safe, efficient load-handling skills.

• Practice trip planning, inspections, and the communication and decision-making needed to run solo.

• Build confidence step by step before you're on your own.
