Our company, a family-owned carrier with over 50 years in business, is looking for dependable CDL Class A drivers for long-haul freight out of the Atlanta, GA area. You'll run with a company known for standing behind its drivers and offering steady miles.
Pay
- Higher mileage earns higher rates, so more miles means more pay
- Consistent miles translate into consistent earnings
Home time
- Time out ranges from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on what works for you
- Regular home time is part of the plan
What you'll haul
- Long-distance freight runs in well-maintained company tractors and sleepers
- Support from a dispatch team available around the clock
What you'll do
- Move freight safely over long distances
- Meet delivery schedules while staying within DOT rules
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain a clean, well-kept truck
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A
- At least 3 years of experience driving a tractor-trailer
- A clean MVR and PSP record
- Punctuality and a solid work ethic
- Prior route driving experience is a plus
