CDL-A Local Truck Driver — Home Daily, $36.59/hr

EVO is looking for a CDL-A driver to run US Mail routes near Warrendale, PA on a part-time fill-in basis, covering vacations, illness and open routes. You'll be home daily.

Pay

• $30.48 per hour base pay, plus $6.11 per hour HWP (paid for up to 40 hours a week to help fund group coverage for eligible employees), totaling $36.59 per hour

• Wage range listed: $30.48 to $36.59 per hour

• Paid orientation and paid quarterly safety training

• Referral bonus program: up to $1,000 per referral

Schedule

• Part-time fill-in work, up to 20 hours per week

• Saturday 00:01-10:00

• Sunday 03:00-13:30

Routes

• US Mail routes covering Warrendale, PA, Charleston, WV and Mt Nebo, WV

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A held for at least 1 year, with relevant driving experience

• Clean MVR/PSP and ability to pass a criminal background check

• Able to lift 50 lbs overhead, and bend and lift using legs, arms and back

• Able to climb in and out of the truck using three points of contact

• Able to push and pull wheeled carts over 100 lbs

• Able to bend to operate the fifth-wheel lock-release

• Able to crank landing gear handles

• Able to sit and drive for at least 4 hours straight without a break
