About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver for a dedicated local route based near Wallingford, CT. You'll be home every day with predictable pay and schedules.
Pay
- Starting at $24.00 per hour for day shift
- Starting at $26.00 per hour for night shift
- Weekly earnings between $1,320 and $1,560
- Built-in rate increases over time, plus the option to earn more by picking up a weekend or sixth day
Home time
- Home daily
- Choice of day or night shift
What you'll haul
- Freight is 100% no-touch, with 80% drop and hook
- Runs cover NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, ME and NJ (you need to be comfortable traveling as far south as Burlington, NJ)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 9 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Experience with dry van, reefer, container, flatbed and/or tanker equipment
- Clean, safe driving record
