CDL-A Local Shuttle Driver — $23.00/hr Plus Night Differential

Our company in Lexington, OH needs a CDL-A driver to shuttle trucks and trailers between production buildings and local warehouses in the Ohio region. You'll work as part of an employee-owned company, moving product on set local routes while keeping equipment safe and compliant.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00pm-7:00am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday plus alternating Saturdays

• Day shift: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday

What you'll haul

• Shuttle CNG trucks and trailers between production and warehouse sites across the Ohio region

• Run local routes on a set schedule, picking up and delivering product

What you'll do

• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer checks using Geotab

• Report any repair needs to the Fleet Manager so equipment stays compliant with company, food-safety, and legal standards

• Follow AIB and BRC standards along with company SOPs to keep the workplace safe

• Stay current on CDL and DOT rules and all plant safety procedures

• Complete monthly CNG Cornerstone training sessions

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card

• At least 21 years old

• Able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds

• Clears all DOT requirements and the CNG road test

• Basic mechanical skills and comfortable using measuring tools

• Good communicator with a positive attitude, willing to learn new technical processes

• Passes a pre-employment drug screen

Pay

• Starting wage from $23.00 per hour

• Extra $2.50 per hour for night shift
