Our company Inc. runs local linehaul freight for FedEx Ground out of Greensboro, NC. They're hiring a CDL Class A driver for home-daily routes hauling drop-and-hook, no-touch loads.
Pay
- Paid weekly, averaging $1,800+ per week, with top earners making $125k+ a year

Home time
You'll be home every day on these local runs.
What you'll haul
- Drop-and-hook freight only, no touch freight handling required
- Trucks are late-model Internationals and Volvos, kept in good condition
What you'll do
- Drive a Class A vehicle safely and get freight to its destination on time
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT rules
- Keep accurate logs through your ELD
- Stay in touch with the operations manager about routes, delays, and load status
- Follow all traffic and transportation laws at every level of government
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A with doubles (T) endorsement
- No felony convictions
- Must pass DOT physical and medical certification
- Clean driving record and a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable with ELD and Hours of Service rules
- Dependable, self-driven, and professional
- One of these three experience paths qualifies you: a year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience; completion of a FedEx-approved CDL school plus six months of verifiable experience; or completion of a FedEx-approved CDL school with no experience, entering their ELD program where you're paired with a lead driver to log your experience
