CDL-A Local Delivery Truck Driver — Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for a dependable CDL-A truck driver to run a local delivery route, handling a tractor-trailer and hand-unloading products like meat, produce, frozen goods, groceries and dry goods at customer stops. You'll get to know your customers and their needs as you build routine relationships on your assigned route.

Pay

• Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Most drivers run daily routes and return home every night

What you'll haul

• Mixed grocery and foodservice products: meats, produce, frozen foods, dry goods and supplies, delivered to customer locations

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with a driving record that meets the company's insurability standards

• Must pass pre-employment testing

• Able to read and speak English well enough to talk with customers, understand road signs, respond to official requests, and fill out reports

• Able to repeatedly lift, push or move loads averaging 40-60 pounds, sometimes up to 100 pounds

• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays when the job requires it

• Preferred: 1 year of delivery experience, 6 months using a hand cart or hand truck, 6 months in food and beverage work, and 2 years of steady work history
