About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver for a hands-on, customer-facing foodservice delivery route out of Hilliard, Ohio. You'll run consistent, established routes and be home every night, with no weekend work.
Pay
- Guaranteed training rate and pay floor of $30/hour, with the chance to earn more based on performance.
- Expected annual earnings range from $90,000 to $105,000.
- Typical weekly pay runs $1,700–$2,000 or more.
- Safety and attendance bonuses can add up to $6,000 a year.
- Routes and customer accounts are stable, so your pay stays predictable.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, home every night, no weekends.
- Routes start sometime between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
- You'll be on call one week in rotation.
What you'll haul
This is a foodservice delivery route where you deal directly with customers rather than just dropping at a dock.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean enough record to meet company standards.
- Must pass DOT physical, hold a current medical card, and clear drug and alcohol screening.
- Able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting.
- Background check required.
