About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to handle local deliveries out of Enfield, CT, serving customers in the New Haven area. You'll be home every day, and the company is offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule
- Home daily
- You need to be available for any shift, including weekends, overtime and holidays
What you'll do
- Drive a commercial truck safely and represent the company well while delivering goods to customers
- Unload freight and hand it off to local customers yourself
- Check your truck and equipment before and after each run
- Use powered equipment like electric pallet jacks and hand trucks to move product safely
- Take on other tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum of 1 year driving with a CDL Class A, or comparable military driving experience
- Able to regularly lift items weighing 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 170 pounds
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
