CDL-A Local Dedicated Driver — Home Daily, No Experience Needed

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated run based out of Cicero, IL. You'll work the same lanes and customers every week, sleep in your own bed every night, and get full training even if you've never driven a truck before.

Pay

• Expect $1,600-$1,800 in average weekly earnings, which works out to $83,200-$93,600 a year

• CPM runs $0.58-$0.70, depending on your experience level

• A sign-on bonus of $2,000-$4,000 is included

Home time

You're back home every single day on this dedicated Cicero route.

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers on repeating lanes with the same customers and schedule each week

• Freight is no-touch, so loading and unloading aren't part of the job

• Routes run 5 or 6 days weekly, with both day and night shifts open

• Expect to log 1,500-2,000 miles per week

• Trucks are automatic, 2023 model year or newer, and well kept

Requirements

• Current CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• A clean driving history, with no SAP program involvement or DUI on record

• Able to pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test

• Live within 50 miles of Cicero, IL

• No prior trucking experience necessary - training is provided starting day one

On the job, you'll handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep your ELD logs accurate, follow DOT and company safety rules, and stay in touch with dispatch on how your trip is going.
