CDL-A Local Dedicated Driver — Home Daily, No Experience Needed

This is a full-time, local dedicated CDL-A job based out of Bethlehem, PA. You'll run the same dry van routes and customers every week, get home every day, and no prior trucking experience is required since full training is provided from day one.

Pay

• Annual pay runs $83,200-$93,600, with average weekly earnings of $1,600-$1,800

• CPM rate of $0.58-$0.70 depending on experience

• A sign-on bonus of $2,000-$4,000

Home time and schedule

• You're home every day on this local dedicated run

• Work 5 or 6 days a week, with both day and night shifts available

• Expect to cover 1,500-2,000 miles weekly

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight on dedicated lanes with the same customers and schedule each week

• No-touch freight - loading and unloading are handled by others

• You'll drive a late-model automatic truck (2023 or newer) from a well-maintained fleet

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI record

• Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test

• Must live within 50 miles of Bethlehem, PA

What you'll do

• Operate the truck safely on your assigned local routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep your ELD logs accurate and up to date

• Follow DOT rules and company safety procedures

• Stay in contact with dispatch on trip status
