CDL-A Linehaul Driver — Home Daily, Up to $1,500/Week

Our company needs experienced CDL-A linehaul drivers for its Chicago-area operation. You'll run linehaul routes in the Midwest region on a consistent schedule and be home every day.

Pay

• $1,300.00 to $1,500.00 per week, based on experience and route

• Paid training

Home time

• Home daily

• Working 5-6 days per week with up to 2 days off

• Steady, year-round linehaul work with modern equipment

What you'll haul

• Double trailers on assigned linehaul routes within the Midwest

• Specific route assignments depend on operational needs

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement is mandatory; candidates without it won't be considered

• Prior experience driving tractor-trailers

• Clean driving history

• Must pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening

• Follows all DOT and company safety rules

• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a professional, hard-working attitude

What the job involves

• Safely handling a tractor-trailer with double trailers

• Running your linehaul route on time and safely

• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Hooking up, unhooking and securing trailers properly

• Sticking to assigned routes and timing

• Keeping electronic logs and paperwork accurate

• Staying in professional contact with dispatch and terminal staff

• Meeting DOT, company and customer safety standards

• Flagging equipment problems right away

• Keeping your truck clean and roadworthy
