CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver — Own Your Truck in 1.6 Years

Our company is looking for solo CDL-A drivers ready to become owner-operators through their lease purchase program. You'll run OTR in a 2022-2025 Volvo with no down payment and no credit check, working toward full truck ownership in as little as 1.6 years.

Pay

• Lease purchase drivers earn $1.27 per mile plus current FSC

• Solo gross pay typically runs $3,000-$4,500 per week

• $7,300 sign-on bonus for solo drivers; $10,000 for teams

These programs aren't guaranteed long-term and our company can change, pause or end them, or disqualify a contractor, at its discretion. You must be actively running loads for our company when bonuses are scheduled to pay out, and our company may apply up to 50% of any bonus toward outstanding debt you owe the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience

• No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No at-fault DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

• Minimum age 23
