Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors to run their own lease purchase business, solo or as a team. You pick your own loads, lanes, and home time instead of working under forced dispatch.
Pay
- Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates.
- Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week.
- Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM; actual pay depends on job type, location, experience, and performance.
- Referral bonuses: $1,000 for solo drivers, $4,000 for teams.
