CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Driver — 80/20 Percentage Pay

Our company LLC, in partnership with MTE-Leasing, is offering a lease-purchase opportunity for CDL-A drivers who want to run their own truck on OTR dry van freight across the lower 48 states.

Pay

• You keep 80% of gross revenue under the lease-purchase split

• Weekly gross is estimated to average around $6,500, though actual earnings depend on miles and loads

• Weekly mileage bonuses range from $100 for 2,100 miles up to $350 for 2,800+ miles

• Pay advances of up to $200 per week are available

• Settlements are paid weekly by direct deposit

• A $500 sign-on bonus is paid after your first 9,000 miles

What you'll haul

• All dry van, no-touch freight, with optional driver-assist loads

• About 70% of loads are drop and hook

• No hazmat, and no runs into Canada or Mexico

Lease terms

• Trucks are 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 models

• A $5,000 down payment is required, with a loan option at $300/week

• Weekly lease rates run from $750 (2023 model, 3-year term) to $950 (2025 model, 4-year term)

• No credit check, and interest is based on a Common Revenue Target rather than a traditional rate

• A $15,000 balloon or residual payment is due at lease end

• You're responsible for plates, registration, fuel card, physical insurance, 2290/IRP, and IFTA reporting costs

Requirements

• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A experience pulling 48-53 foot trailers

• Valid CDL-A and current DOT medical card

• Must reside in one of the approved hiring states (most states east of the Rockies, including IA, IL, OH, TX, GA, and others)

• SAP applicants are considered if Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process is complete
