CDL-A Lease Purchase Contractor — No Forced Dispatch, Solo or Team

Our company is looking for CDL-A contractors, solo or team, to run under a lease purchase model with no company-driver setup and no forced dispatch. You pick your own loads, lanes and home time, with freight available out of 19 core locations.

Pay

Teams average $8,000-$12,000 per week paid to the truck, plus an extra $0.20/mi on published rates. Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week. Base pay runs from $1.05-$3.50 CPM. Pay and bonus amounts can shift based on job type, location, experience, performance and company discretion, so confirm specifics with a recruiter.

Home time

You set your own schedule and decide how long to stay out, with 2+ weeks recommended. There's no deadline to apply; openings are ongoing.

What you'll haul

Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop and hook with preloaded trailers and no appointments needed, so you spend more time driving and less time waiting.

Lease options

• Move from company driver to owner with down payments starting at $1,500

• Lease trucks through partners such as Lone Mountain, Arrow and TEL, with various specs and payment plans

• Weekly truck payments starting at $400, with terms from 30 to 84 months

Support
