About this job
Our company in Mascoutah, IL is looking for CDL-A intermodal drivers for city and local/regional routes. You'll be home every night, with freight that stays no-touch and pay while you wait at customers and rail yards.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift per month
- Choice of city-only routes or a mix of local and regional runs
What you'll haul
- Intermodal freight, no-touch
- Modern, well-kept equipment
- Based out of Mascoutah, Mt. Vernon, or East St. Louis for a company with over 45 years in business
Pay
- Starts at $25 per hour, $26 per hour if you run tankers or HazMat
- Extra $5 per hour for weekend work
- Paid time waiting at customers and rail yards
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 18 months of driving experience (1 year commercial driving required)
- Clean driving record
