About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to run local routes in New Castle, IN, delivering fuel and renewable energy products around the Midwest. You are home every day, and pay averages $1,878 gross per week. The company is family-owned and runs late-model Mack day cabs.
Pay
- Average of $1,878 gross per week
- A minimum of $1,300 per week is guaranteed once orientation is done (some requirements apply)
- Overtime kicks in after 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week
- Bonuses are paid quarterly for safety and clean inspections
- Refer a driver and earn $3,000, paid out over 1 year
- Orientation is paid
Home time
- You are home daily
- On the rare overnight, you get a hotel plus a $50 per diem
What you'll haul
- Local petroleum and renewable energy deliveries
- Late-model Mack day cabs with automatic transmissions
Requirements
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- 2 years of CDL-A experience; you do not need tanker experience, because training is provided
- Clean MVR and PSP records
- Valid DOT physical
- Pass a placement physical and a drug screen
