CDL-A Grad Truck Driver — Training Pay $850/wk, Solo $1,600-$1,800+/wk

10-4 Logistics hires new CDL-A school graduates for its Eastern regional dry van fleet. You'll train one-on-one with a mentor before moving into your own assigned truck as a solo driver.

Training phase

• Paid orientation included

• Weekly pay of $850, issued every Friday

• One-on-one mentoring to prepare you for regional freight work

• Training lasts until you finish the mentor program and are cleared to drive solo

Once you're solo

• Expected pay of $1,600-$1,800+ per week

• Your own assigned truck

• Eastern regional routes

• No-touch dry van loads

• Weekly or bi-weekly home time options

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 120 hours of training from an accredited CDL school

• Clean driving record that meets DOT and FMCSA standards
