CDL-A Floater Truck Driver — Home Daily, Average $94,730/Year + $5,000 Sign-On

Penske Logistics is looking for full-time CDL-A floater drivers in Perrysburg, OH to cover different routes and assignments, running drop-and-hook freight with no touch required. You'll be home every day.

Pay

• Average annual earnings of $94,730

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,600 per week

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM

• About 60 hours per week

• Home daily

What you'll haul

• 53' automatic day-cab tractors from Penske's late-model fleet, built for driver comfort

• Drop-and-hook loads, no touch freight

• You'll rotate across various routes and assignments as a floater, so flexibility is part of the role

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in your state

• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, current or obtainable

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency, per federal DOT rules

• Able to pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening, and complete Penske's application process

• Must be able to work the assigned schedule and location, and stay alert and safe throughout your shift since this is a safety-sensitive, DOT-regulated position

• Physically able to sit, stand, and move throughout your shift, use your hands and arms to reach and handle equipment, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs), and safely get in and out of the cab and trailer

• Normal vision and hearing needed to operate safely
