CDL-A Flex OTR/Local Driver — $2,000/Week Guaranteed

This flex position based in Norfolk, VA moves aerospace materials for a company running both over-the-road and local routes, with pay guaranteed at a weekly floor.

Pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $2,000 a week, with the chance to earn more

• Paid on a weekly basis

What you'll haul

• Aerospace materials moving between facilities and outside vendors

• Equipment is a sleeper tractor paired with a 53-foot dry van

• Some loading and unloading required, using an electric pallet jack

Routes

• Assignments shift between long-haul and local vendor/facility runs depending on need

• You may run solo or as part of a team, including filling in for other drivers' time off

• Sample long-haul destinations include Morristown, TN, Dover, NJ, La Porte, IN, and Cleveland, OH

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 24 months of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience

• Minimum age 21

• Willing to work both solo and team assignments with a flexible schedule

• Able to handle touch freight with a pallet jack

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

• No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years, and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months
