CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver — Up to $96,000/Year, Home Most Weekends

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers in Statesville, NC. You'll haul specialized flatbed freight with steady miles and reliable home time, backed by newly increased pay for 2026.

Pay

• Earn $84,000 to $96,000 a year depending on experience, averaging $1,625 to $1,845 weekly

• Starting CPM of $.63 to $.675 for regional and OTR runs, plus a weekly guarantee

• $3,000 sign-on bonus if you have 6+ months of flatbed OTR experience

• $1,100 Pre-Employment Evaluation pay (just raised) and $1,100 for Flatbed Business Unit training

• Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch covered during training

• Extra pay for tarping, detention and layover, plus performance bonuses

Home time

• Home most weekends

• Consistent, year-round freight for predictable schedules and fewer delays

What you'll haul

• Specialized flatbed freight, averaging 2,000 to 2,300 miles per week

• Late-model trucks equipped with chains, straps, binders and tarps

• Dispatch that accounts for weather, load delays and the extra time flatbed work takes

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Must live within the hiring area

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply

• Open to drivers from any background, including food service, military, medical, warehouse, towing, oil field, IT, farming and construction
