CDL-A Flatbed OTR Truck Driver — $1,200–$2,100/Week

Our company is looking for experienced flatbed drivers for nationwide OTR runs, with strong pay, bonuses and flexible home time.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $1,200 to $2,100, based on a base CPM tied to your driving experience

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Bonuses for mileage, idle time and fuel efficiency

• Extra pay for Hazmat endorsement, longevity and veterans

• Tarped loads delivered December 15 to March 15 or June 15 to September 15 pay $100; tarped loads outside those windows pay $80

• OTR flatbed drivers average $82,500 a year

Home time

• Expect to be home every 10 to 14 days, with flexible scheduling options

• Riders can join after your first 3 months, with company approval

• Pets are welcome starting with your very first load

What you'll haul

• Flatbed freight delivered across the country, mainly in western and southern states, though other regions come up too

Equipment and support

• Automatic Freightliners and Volvos, none older than 3 years, with premium interiors, ELDs, Prepass, Qualcomm and Transflow

• A dedicated fleet manager who knows you by name and is available wherever you are

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of OTR flatbed experience

• Solid understanding of load securement

• Minimum age 23

• No DUI, DWI or reckless driving violations in the past 5 years

• Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to get one within 90 days of hire (Andrus covers the background check cost)
