CDL-A Flatbed OTR Driver — 62-70 CPM, Home Every 1-2 Weeks

TP Trucking is looking for experienced flatbed drivers to run the Western 11 region with steady freight and modern trucks. You'll get consistent miles, driver-focused dispatch and a pay package built for OTR flatbed work.

Pay

• 62-70 CPM plus a monthly incentive bonus

• Paid for both loaded and empty miles

• $100 tarping pay

• $68/day per diem

• Extra pay for detention, layover and breakdown time

• Weekly direct deposit

• $1,800 paid orientation

• $2,000 bonus for referring another driver

What to expect on the road

• Typical weekly mileage runs 2,400-2,600, with top performers hitting 3,000+

• Steady freight throughout the Western 11 region

• Home every 1-2 weeks

• Trucks are late-model, under 5 years old

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 6 months of OTR driving experience

• At least 6 months of flatbed experience

• Clean driving record
