CDL-A Flatbed OTR Driver — $0.65 CPM, No-Tarp Conestoga

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for an OTR position running the 48 contiguous states, with a focus along I-75 and east of the Mississippi. You'll drive a 2026 Freightliner Cascadia pulling a Conestoga trailer, so there's no tarping required.

Pay

• $0.65 CPM base on all miles

• $80/day per diem for eligible drivers, tax-free under IRS rules

• 2,200-3,500 miles per week

• Weekly pay, W-2 employment

• $1,200 paid vacation after one year

• $200 minimum short-run pay

• $200 layover pay

• Detention pay for the full wait once it exceeds three hours

• $200 for one-day orientation, paid on your first dispatch

• Fully paid orientation travel and lodging

Home time

This is an OTR job with three weeks out. You'll run 24 hours a day with no guaranteed home time, so scheduling expectations are discussed upfront.

What you'll haul

Mostly direct customer, lightweight freight on Conestoga trailers - no tarping needed.

Requirements

• Active CDL-A license

• At least two years of OTR experience

• At least six months of flatbed experience

• Current DOT physical

• Must pass FMCSA drug testing and not be listed in the Clearinghouse
