CDL-A Flatbed Driver — Dedicated Lanes, $0.64–$0.66/Mile

Our company is hiring Class A flatbed drivers to run dedicated glass-freight lanes out of Fresno and Wichita Falls. You'll see steady miles, a predictable paycheck, and several bonus opportunities stacked on top of your base rate.

Pay

• $0.64 to $0.66 per mile base rate, paid every two weeks

• $100 for each live load plus $100 for tarping

• An added $0.20 per mile once you pass 10,000 miles in a given month

• $0.02 per mile more if you're qualified to run into Canada, with a $75 bonus every time you make a Canada crossing

• Detention pay kicks in at $30 per hour starting after the first 3 hours

• Refer a driver and collect a $2,000 bonus

Home time

• Routes run on dedicated lanes based out of Fresno and Wichita Falls

• The company works to get you your 34-hour restarts and 10-hour breaks at home when it can

• You'll get 2 days off on the schedule each month

• Overall, home time is flexible

What you'll haul

• Flatbed glass freight, with loading and tarping included in the job

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• A minimum of 1 year of over-the-road experience

• No major violations on your driving record
