CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $88,000–$101,000/yr, Home Most Weekends

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers to haul specialized freight on regional and OTR routes. You'll run steady miles with reliable home time and a sign-on bonus currently available.

Pay

• Earn $88,000–$101,000 per year depending on experience

• Weekly average of $1,625–$1,845

• Starting CPM of $.63–$.675 for regional and OTR runs

• Weekly guarantee pay

• $1,100 Pre-Employment Evaluation (PRE) pay, recently increased

• $1,100 Flatbed Business Unit Training pay

• Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch covered during training

• Tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay and performance bonuses

• Limited-time sign-on bonus of $3,000 to $5,000 for qualified experienced drivers (ask a recruiter for details)

• Referral bonuses: $1,000–$2,000 for CDL-A referrals, $500 for non-CDL referrals

Home time

• Home most weekends

• Consistent, year-round freight for predictable schedules and paychecks

What you'll haul

• Flatbed, glass or marine freight

• Average of 2,000–2,300 miles per week

• Late-model trucks equipped with chains, straps, binders and tarps

• Dispatch team experienced with flatbed-specific timing, weather and loading delays

Requirements

• At least 6 months of CDL-A flatbed, glass or marine OTR experience

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum age 21

• Must live within Maverick's designated hiring areas

• Must meet all other eligibility requirements

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply

• Drivers from any background (food service, military, medical, warehouse, towing, oil field, IT, farming, construction and more) are welcome
