About this job
OTR flatbed Conestoga position hauling steel coil freight, paid by the mile with strong weekly miles. This is a 1099 role, so plan your taxes accordingly.
Pay
- $0.70 per mile
- 3000+ miles per week
- Weekly checks averaging $2000-$2500
- Safety bonuses for drivers with a strong safety record
- Detention pay included
Home time
- Flexible home time depending on where you live
- If you're based in KY or a nearby state, expect a minimum of 2 weeks out with a weekend home
- If you live elsewhere, expect a minimum of 3 weeks out with 3 days home
What you'll haul
- Flatbed Conestoga trailers carrying steel coil
- Trucks are 2023-2026 models
- Trailers are brand new Conestogas
Requirements
- CDL-A with at least 2 years of flatbed driving experience
- Hands-on experience hauling steel coil on a flatbed required
- Must meet the company's passenger policy
