CDL-A Extraboard Delivery Driver — Average $114,000+/yr + $10,000 Sign-On

Our company is hiring a CDL-A Extraboard Delivery Driver in Louisville, KY. This role covers routes when other drivers are on PTO or call off, so your schedule and routes will vary, including local, OTR, shuttle, and overnight runs.

Pay

• Average annual pay of $114,000+

• $10,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply)

• Mileage, per diem, and hotels covered by the company when traveling

What you'll haul

• Food and food-related products delivered to restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and other customers using tractor trailers or straight trucks

Responsibilities

• Inspect your tractor and trailer before and after each trip

• Deliver and unload orders on schedule, verify items, and get customer signatures

• Handle paperwork, collect payments when needed, and load customer returns

• Keep your truck and work area clean, and log your hours per DOT rules

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of commercial driving experience

• Must be 21 or older

• Clean MVR for the past 3 years

• Pass a drug test, background check, and road test

• Valid or able to obtain a DOT Health Card

• Able to lift and move freight, generally 10-35 lbs and up to 60-90 lbs depending on location
