CDL-A Driver Trainee — 4-Week Paid Training

Our company is hiring Class A CDL holders with little or no experience for a paid trainee program. You'll train for four weeks, then move into a solo driving position matched to your location.

Pay

• Trainee pay: $650 to $1,050 a week during the 4-week paid training, depending on state and terminal

• After training, solo pay varies by route type: local averages around $1,400 a week take-home, regional up to $1,800 a week, and OTR $2,000 and up

What you'll haul

• Mostly USPS contract runs and dedicated lanes

• Lots of drop-and-hook freight

• Trucks are 2024-2026 automatics

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• No minimum experience required (less than two years behind the wheel qualifies)
